2. Services of Swiss Lifestyle

Swiss Lifestyle is a curated directory of Swiss wellness hotels, spa services, care products and their brands. The nature and scope of the individual services follow from the respective offering on the website; we may adapt, extend or discontinue our offering at any time.

Contracts for hotel services are concluded exclusively between you and the respective hotel; the hotels alone are responsible for their availability, prices and services.

3. Account and sign-in

You may open an account for certain services. You sign in with a login link sent to your email address or via a third-party provider (Google, X, Facebook). You undertake to provide truthful information and to protect access to your account.

We may suspend or delete accounts that are misused. You may delete your account at any time.

4. Enquiries and waitlist

Booking and contact enquiries submitted through our forms are non-binding and do not create any entitlement to a booking or to a response from a hotel. Joining the waitlist does not create any entitlement to specific services.

5. AI Concierge

The AI Concierge answers questions with the help of artificial intelligence. The answers are generated automatically and may contain errors; they are non-binding recommendations and no assurance. The information provided by the respective hotel is always authoritative.

6. Shop

Purchases take place at shop.lifestyle.ch. The contracting party for purchases in the shop is mojo services gmbh. The presentation of products in the shop is not a binding offer; by completing the order process you make a binding offer to purchase. The contract is concluded with our order confirmation by email.

All prices are stated in Swiss francs including VAT; any shipping costs are shown during the order process. Payment is made using the payment methods offered during the order process, currently credit and debit card, Twint, Apple Pay and Google Pay.

We deliver to Switzerland and Liechtenstein. Delivery times and shipping costs are shown during the order process.

You may return received goods within 30 days of receipt, provided they are unused and in their original packaging; you bear the cost of the return shipment. We refund the purchase price to the payment method originally used. For reasons of hygiene, opened cosmetics and care products are excluded from return.

Defects in delivered goods are covered by the statutory warranty under the Swiss Code of Obligations. Report defects to service@lifestyle.ch; we will, at our choice, repair, replace or refund.

7. Content and intellectual property

All content on this website (texts, images, design, trademarks) is legally protected. Any use beyond personal use requires our prior written consent.

8. Warranty and liability

We create and curate the content of this website with care but accept no warranty for its accuracy, completeness or currency, in particular for hotel details such as prices, facilities and availability.

To the extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for damage arising from the use of the website; liability for unlawful intent and gross negligence remains reserved.

How we process personal data is described in our privacy policy.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may amend these Terms. The current version on this page is authoritative.

11. Applicable law and jurisdiction

Swiss law applies. The place of jurisdiction is Zurich, unless mandatory statutory jurisdictions provide otherwise.
